Journaling Your Way…Through: Change, Wellness and Creativity
Angela Caughlin, LCSW
Recent studies indicate that journaling is one of the most effective ways to download thoughts and feelings and clear the "monkey mind" in order to allow new thoughts, chemicals, creativity and energy to be released. The release of these chemicals enables us to shift our thoughts and change our behaviors. This workshop will help participants understand the physical and mental transformative processes that take place as we journal, and the differences in guided and unguided journaling. Learn how journaling can be used to discover the innermost parts of the self, and establish new patterns to facilitate healing and change. Angela Caughlin, LCSW, is a psychotherapist, author and frequent conference presenter. She has been in private practice since 1993. Angela’s expertise lies in helping individuals manage changes in their lives as a result of major loss.
