Designed for adults dealing with anger problems, participants in this class will identify rageful behavior using their own real life experiences. Promoting an abstinence-based model of anger management in which all expressions of anger are treated as relapse, participants will use cognitive-behavioral methods to eliminate inappropriate aggressive expressions of anger. Additionally, successful social interaction will also be reinforced in the weekly classes. Must be age 18 or older to attend this class.

A participant’s place in the class is guaranteed only by receipt of payment by The Council. Clients should bring the name, address, phone and fax number of their referring source to registration.

WHEN
Thursday  (6:30 pm – 8:00 pm)
Participants must register at least 24-hours in advance of class start date.
Total course consists of 10 classes that must be taken within a 12-week period.
Class schedule subject to change due to holidays.

$300 for total course (10 classes in 12 weeks)

or $150 at registration with balance paid by 6th class.
