NEW FLAGSHIP AUDITORIUM AND RENEWAL CENTER

Educating the Houston community about addiction, while also reducing the shame and stigma surrounding the disease, remains paramount. Construction of the 7,260-square-foot, 200-person auditorium will significantly enhance The Council's recovery support and relapse prevention services as well as provide increased opportunities for continuing education for healthcare and medical professionals in our community.

NEW COURTYARD AND HEALING GARDEN CREATE A SAFE AND SERENE ENVIRONMENT

Imagine a place to celebrate recovery! Recovery groups will utilize the campus for renewal workshops. Participants will learn from great teachers in the field, absorb experience, strength and hope from those sharing their personal stories, listen to music by artists in recovery, and enjoy the safe and recovery-friendly environment of this campus. During breaks, they will enjoy the great outdoors, sit with friends by the fire, and listen to the mix of music and a water wall in the background. Others will be crowded around the coffee bar and lounge across the courtyard on the ground floor of the new outpatient treatment and family services building.
