Prevention Resource Center
The Prevention Resource Center (PRC) at The Council, one of 11 regional PRCs in the state of Texas, is a public clearinghouse of free information about alcohol, tobacco and other drugs, as well as a resource for programs addressing these problems.
Everyone is welcome to use the PRC located at The Council. This comprehensive library provides free pamphlets, posters and videos, as well as on-line services for information on alcohol, drugs, prevention and statistics. The PRC also offers people an opportunity to check out educational books and videos.
